Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Source IT professionals through job portals, LinkedIn, social media platforms, networking, and employee referrals.
Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and clients.
Learn and stay updated on US recruitment practices, visa classifications (H1B, OPT, CPT, etc.), and tax terms such as W2, C2C, and 1099.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months or more experience in recruitment (US IT recruitment experience preferred).




Good understanding of the recruitment lifecycle.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment and handle multiple requirements.
Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing.
Comfortable working night shifts aligned with US time zones.

Preferred Qualifications
Immediate joiners will be preferred.
Basic knowledge of US visa types and tax terms is an advantage.
