Key Responsibilities
Manage and record general accounting expenses.
Process and book vendor bills accurately in the accounting system.
Perform purchase bill valuation and ensure accurate inventory costing.
Conduct bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies on a timely basis.
Calculate monthly Tax Deducted at Source (TDS) on employee salaries.
Compute and maintain records of Tax Collected at Source (TCS) payable and ensure statutory compliance.
Handle logistics accounting, including freight, transportation, and related expense accounting.
Assist with other accounting, reconciliation, and finance-related activities as assigned.
