Key Responsibilities
Handle HR activities including recruitment, employee coordination, attendance, and basic staff management
Assist in social media coordination and marketing activities
Support clinic growth strategies and branding activities
Coordinate with different departments and clinic branches
Maintain reports, follow-ups, and daily work updates
Help management in operational and administrative tasks
Think proactively for business development and improvement ideas
Manage multitasking responsibilities efficiently




Assist in public relations and patient communication when required
Smart, responsible, and hardworking personality
Good communication and coordination skills
Positive attitude with problem-solving ability
Ability to handle multiple tasks together
Interested in business growth and learning recent skills
Basic knowledge of HR, marketing, social media, or administration preferred
Must be organized and disciplined in work
Female/Male both can apply
