REQUIREMENTS:
8+ years of experience in Recruitment Marketing, Employer Branding, or Talent Attraction, preferably within the IT or technology industry.
Strong hands-on experience in Recruitment Marketing with expertise in planning and executing multi-channel hiring campaigns.
Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and content creation skills for recruitment marketing, employer branding, and internal communications.
Experience managing employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Instagram, YouTube, social media platforms, job boards, and other talent attraction channels.




Solid knowledge of social media strategy, audience engagement, content planning, campaign execution, and performance optimization.
Experience analyzing recruitment marketing metrics, campaign performance, social media analytics, and engagement trends to drive continuous improvement.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with Talent Acquisition, HR, business leaders, and external partners to support strategic hiring initiatives.
Experience coordinating employer branding events, university partnerships, career fairs, hackathons, webinars, networking events, and employee advocacy programs.
Excellent project management, communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a rapid-paced workplace.
Creative, proactive, and innovative mindset with a passion for employer branding, digital communications, and talent attraction.
