Key Responsibilities
Coordinate daily transportation operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
Manage fleet vendors, drivers, and transportation partners to meet operational requirements.
Monitor trip execution, vehicle availability, and service quality.
Ensure adherence to client Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and operational KPIs.
Handle client escalations and provide timely resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure uninterrupted transportation services.
Monitor vehicle documentation, statutory compliance, and safety requirements.
Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Track operational performance and recommend process improvements.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety protocols, and client guidelines.
Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
