The Warden oversees the administration and management of the hostel/residential facility, ensuring a safe, clean, and disciplined workplace for residents. The role includes supervising daily operations, addressing resident concerns, enforcing rules, and coordinating with staff and management.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise the day-to-day operations of the hostel/residential facility.
Ensure the safety, security, and well-being of all residents.
Enforce hostel rules, regulations, and disciplinary procedures.
Maintain resident records, attendance, and occupancy details.
Handle admissions, room allocations, and check-in/check-out procedures.
Respond promptly to emergencies, complaints, and conflicts.
Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, and security services.
Conduct regular inspections of rooms and common areas.
Ensure cleanliness, hygiene,



and proper maintenance of the premises.
Organize resident meetings and communicate key notices.
Maintain inventory of hostel assets and supplies.
Prepare reports on hostel operations and incidents.
Liaise with parents/guardians, management, and external agencies when required.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
Previous experience in hostel, residential, educational, or facility management is an advantage.
