Key Responsibilities
Concept Development: Develop unique design ideas and visual concepts from scratch.
Digital & Print Design: Create high-quality graphics for diverse platforms, including social media, websites, advertisements, and print materials like brochures and packaging.
Software Mastery: Utilize Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW to execute production-ready designs and complex vector illustrations.
Artistic Drawing: Use drawing and sketching abilities to quickly visualize ideas or create custom illustrations and logos.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with marketing and product teams to translate project briefs into visual solutions. Clearly present and defend your design rationale to stakeholders.
Brand Stewardship: Ensure all designs align with established brand guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity across all projects.
Final Production: Review final layouts for accuracy and quality, ensuring they are optimized for their intended medium (digital resolution vs.



print bleed/CMYK).

Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Proficiency: Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (specifically Photoshop and Illustrator) and CorelDRAW.
Creative Excellence: A solid portfolio demonstrating unique conceptual thinking, excellent typography, and an eye for colour theory.
Drawing Ability: Proven skill in freehand drawing or digital sketching for concept visualization.
Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to articulate creative ideas clearly.
Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines in a quick-paced environment.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of skilled experience in graphic design.
