About this role:
In this role, you will:
Lead or participate in managing all installed systems and infrastructure within the Systems Operations functional area
Contribute in increasing system efficiencies and lowering the human intervention time on related tasks
Work with vendors and other technical personnel for problem resolution
Lead team to meet technical deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of technical process controls or standards
Collaborate with vendors and other technical personnel to resolve technical issues and achieve highest levels of systems and infrastructure availability
Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting, analytics, and dashboard solutions that provide operational visibility, executive insights, and performance metrics across SRE and enterprise platforms.
Own and enhance data ingestion pipelines, reporting schemas, KPI frameworks, and operational data models to ensure the delivery of accurate, reliable, and actionable insights.
Drive automation initiatives that improve operational efficiency, reduce manual effort,



and streamline reporting, monitoring, and operational workflows.
Develop and support automation solutions using contemporary engineering frameworks and scripting languages such as Python.
Build and maintain automated workflows, integrations, and self-service capabilities that improve system reliability and operational scalability.
Create, maintain, and execute automated test cases and validation frameworks to ensure solution quality, reliability, and production readiness.
Support automation testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), regression validation, and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Contribute to the design, implementation, and adoption of agentic platform capabilities, including automation, orchestration, and self-service engineering solutions.
