We are seeking a skilled and proactive Service Engineer to carry out Installation, commissioning and trouble shooting, maintenance, of HFFS, ( Horizontal Form fill Seal) PFS ( Pick Fill Seal) and VFFS ( Vertical Form fill Seal) machines at Customer Sites in India and abroad.
Key Responsibilities
Technical Support & Service: Respond to customer service requests, diagnose equipment issues, and perform repairs in office or remotely.
Maintenance & Installation: Install, test, and commission current machinery and perform routine preventative maintenance checks to ensure optimal performance.
Customer Relations: Provide skilled technical guidance, training, and support to clients to ensure high satisfaction.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of service visits, repairs, and installations.
Feedback:
Give Site feedbacks back to Engineering and Quality for improvement.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Education: Diploma/ ITI in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
Experience: 4+ years of experience in field service, maintenance, or troubleshooting in a similar industry.
Technical Skills: Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and testing mechanical, electrical, or hydraulic systems.
Desired Attributes
Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
Experience with PLC programming.
Communication skills to deal with customers.
Open for extensive travel in India and abroad.
Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
