We are seeking an experienced Product Manager - ServiceNow to drive the implementation and delivery of products across ITAM/SAM, providing hands-on configuration, solution design validation and technical guidance throughout delivery. This role combines product management expertise with operational excellence to deliver impactful solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
Research and write detailed technical requirements




Active participation in product planning and roadmap definition
Collaboration with internal and external customers to acquire a deep understanding of their requirements and business needs, including other PMs, architecture, operations, business development, sales, marketing and customer success teams
Determine technical feasibility, dependencies and constraints of features with support from neighboring technology teams as needed
Define product performance and effectiveness metrics that measure and benchmark product success
Develop and articulate a defensible point of view based on data from primary and secondary research including direct customer engagement
Delivery of requirements in partnership with SaaS Ops, Security, Architecture and various engineering teams with an iterative, pragmatic approach
Ensure that product requirements incorporate effective written and creative visual techniques such as sequence diagrams and
