Sr. Sales Executive / Manager

Longevity Wellness Pvt Ltd (LONGENY) is seeking a Senior Sales Executive / Manager who can drive the Diagnostics, and Nutraceutical businesses in a rapid-paced setting. The individual will act as the key link between

our company and healthcare professionals, healthcare brands and businesses, and you

will aim at meeting sales targets.

Your goal is to increase the visibility and awareness of our company’s diagnostic and

nutraceutical products and maximize sales growth.

This position is expected to be lead the business not only from the sales side but also work

closely with all associated departments so as to make the business a success
Role & Responsibilities:_
Assess clients needs and present suitable promoted products
Liaise with and persuade targeted doctors and healthcare business owners to prescribe our products utilizing effective selling skills and performing cost-benefit analysis
Provide product information and deliver product samples
Attend sales meetings, conference calls, training sessions, and symposium circuits




Work with sales team to develop strategies and implement brand strategies to

ensure a consistent marketing message
Build positive trust relationships with medical representatives to influence targeted group in the decision making process
Monitor and analyze data and market conditions to identify competitive advantage
Keep accurate records and documentation for reporting and feedback
Pursue continuous learning and career development and stay up-to-date with latest medical data
To Maintain MIS and upgrade sales and sample data, develop monthly sales

reports and to ensure sales targets are met and to report if any deviations
Analyzing and monitoring Daily sales/call report and To do Root cause analysis on performance of sales representative submit a summary to management. Communicating recent product developments to prospective clients.:
