About the Role

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for a domestic customer support process. The role involves handling customer queries, providing timely resolutions, and ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Eligibility Criteria
UG / Graduates can apply
MBA Freshers preferred
Positive English communication skills required
Basic computer knowledge and customer handling skills preferred

Salary Structure
Freshers: Up to ₹28,000 CTC
2+ Years Experience: Up to ₹32,000 CTC

5 Days Working
2 Rotational Week Offs

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries professionally




Provide accurate and timely resolutions
Maintain service quality and customer satisfaction
Document customer interactions properly in the system
Coordinate with internal teams when required
