Required Experience: 5 years+

Job Location: Gurgaon, Sec-83 (Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:
Provide legal advisory on corporate, labor, and employment laws
Draft and review contracts including employment agreements, NDAs, and commercial agreements.
Manage litigation and dispute matters in coordination with external counsel.
Support clients with compliance, regulatory matters, and startup advisory.
Assist with intellectual property matters including trademarks and copyrights.




Mentor junior associates and manage multiple client engagements.
Experience in Employer and Employee disputes
LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
Experience in a law firm or corporate legal role.
Robust drafting, research, and client management skills.
Experience in corporate advisory, employment law, and litigation is preferred.
Valuable communication skills.
Comfortable arguing for matters in the court.
