Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
Negotiate salaries, release offer letters, and follow up on joining.
Post jobs, manage employer branding, and build talent pipelines.
Education: MBA/PGDM (HR), MHRM, or Graduate with relevant HR recruitment experience.
Skills: Solid communication, sourcing, negotiation, coordination, MS Excel, and recruitment portal experience.
Pay: From ₹20,000.00 per month
