Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and monitor civil construction, renovation, and maintenance activities within the hospital premises.
Ensure all civil works are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards.
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and hospital departments for smooth project execution.
Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, workmanship quality, and safety compliance.
Prepare project schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned works.
Verify measurements, bills, work completion reports, and contractor invoices.
Monitor material requirements, usage, and inventory for ongoing projects.
Identify and resolve site-related technical issues and construction challenges.
Ensure compliance with hospital safety regulations, building codes, and statutory requirements.
Assist in planning infrastructure improvements, expansion projects, and facility upgrades.
Maintain project documentation, reports, drawings, and records.




Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of hospital buildings and civil structures.
Ensure mínimal disruption to hospital operations during construction and maintenance activities.

Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering.
Minimum 2 years of experience in civil construction, project execution, or building maintenance.
Knowledge of construction methods, building materials, and quality control procedures.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOQs, and technical specifications.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, MS Word, and project documentation.
Solid knowledge of safety regulations and construction standards.
Positive communication and coordination skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills
Experience in hospital, healthcare, commercial, or institutional building projects.
Knowledge of NABH requirements related
