Job description : Finance Manager
Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records (general ledger, AP, AR), prepare and analyze financial statements (balance sheet, income statement, cash flow).
Compliance & Reporting: Ensure compliance with all tax regulations (GST, Income Tax, TDS) and coordinate with external auditors.
Financial Planning & Analysis: Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting to support business decisions.
Internal Controls:Implement and maintain strong internal financial controls.
Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the finance team, setting clear goals and fostering a collaborative workplace.
Process Improvement: Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy.
Software Proficiency: Utilize accounting software (e.g., Tally) and other financial systems effectively.
Proven experience in finance management, preferably within the tech or cloud industry.




Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial analysis.
In-depth knowledge of GST, Income Tax Act, and TDS.
Proficiency in financial software (e.g., Tally).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Robust attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to confidentiality.
Solid leadership & team management skills.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
Ability to set & meet team goals.

Preferred Qualifications:
Accounting certifications (CA, CPA, CMA).
Experience with cloud-based financial systems.
Understanding of cloud computing business models.

Pay: ₹200,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
