Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
Provide timely support and troubleshooting assistance for customer orders, account-related queries, and operational issues.
Coordinate with customers and internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and resolution of concerns.
Maintain accurate records of customer information, sales activities, and operational data.
Prepare and update reports, MIS, and performance dashboards using MS Excel.
Support the sales and brokerage teams by providing relevant data, reports, and operational guidance.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and assist in tracking carrier and shipper insurance documentation.
Manage sales tracking tools and ensure data accuracy and timely reporting.
Review pending orders and customer requests to ensure excellent customer service and customer experience.
Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance sales productivity and customer satisfaction.

Requirements & Skills
Proven work experience as a Sales Support Specialist, Sales Coordinator, or Sales Support Associate (mandatory).




Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Data Management, Reporting).
Valuable understanding of sales processes and customer service practices.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team workplace and manage multiple priorities.
High attention to detail and organizational skills.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field preferred.

Preferred Qualifications
Experience in logistics, brokerage, transportation, or service-based industries will be an added advantage.
Familiarity with CRM systems and sales reporting tools.

Pay: Up to ₹300,000.00 per year
