- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Migration Cockpit (LTMC/LTMOM)

- Expertise in master data and transactional data migration activities

- Experience in migrationvalidation, reconciliation, and defect resolution

- Strong understanding ofcutover planning and execution activities

- Proven experience leading migration and cutover efforts end-to-end

- Ability to coordinate across functional, technical, and business teams

- Solid stakeholder communication and problem-solving skills
