Job Description:

Position: Maintenance Head

Location: Bharuch - Jhagadia

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise mechanical, electrical and utility maintenance activities.
Plan and execute preventive, predictive and breakdown maintenance.
Maintain reactors, pumps, agitators, compressors, gearboxes, valves, pipelines and other process equipment.
Troubleshoot equipment breakdowns and ensure minimum production downtime.
Coordinate with Production, EHS and Engineering teams for maintenance activities.
Monitor maintenance schedules, spare parts and critical equipment.
Ensure proper maintenance of boilers, chillers, cooling towers, compressors and utility systems.
Manage maintenance contractors and technicians at site.
Maintain maintenance records, checklists, reports and equipment history.
Ensure compliance with PTW, LOTO, safety procedures and chemical plant safety standards.
Support shutdown, annual maintenance and plant modification activities.




Identify recurring equipment problems and implement RCA and corrective actions.
Control maintenance costs and optimize manpower and spare-parts usage.
