About the Role:

We are looking for an ambitious, high-energy Brand Marketing Leader to drive the brand vision, user acquisition, and 360-degree marketing campaigns for our consumer internet product portfolio. Based out of our Mumbai corporate office, you will own the full brand lifecycle—spanning large-scale media planning, impactful television and digital campaigns, growth marketing loops, and strategic agency coordination. You will combine sharp creative storytelling with deep performance and funnel analytics to scale our platform's market share and brand equity.

Key Responsibilities & Detailed Breakdown:1. 360-Degree Brand & Media Planning
Spearhead integrated 360-degree marketing campaigns across TV, Digital, Print, OOH, and Performance marketing channels, driving both top-of-funnel brand awareness and bottom-of-funnel user acquisition.




Formulate and execute comprehensive annual and campaign-level media plans, balancing high-impact mass media reach with precision digital audience targeting.
Own media budgeting, allocation, and ROI tracking to maximize Share of Voice (SOV) and customer lifetime value (LTV) within our target digital demographics.
Consumer Planning & Funnel Optimization
Collaborate with product, growth, and data science teams to design targeted behavioral marketing frameworks, lifecycle touchpoints, and user engagement strategies.
Translate complex platform features, product updates, and user value propositions into compelling, culturally relevant consumer campaigns.
Agency & Partner Coordination
Serve as the primary custodian of external relationships, leading creative agencies, media planning/buying houses, PR firms, and production partners.
