Position Overview

The General Manager - HR will lead the human resources function, driving strategic initiatives and operational excellence across the organization. This role requires 15–25 years of experience in HR leadership, with a strong focus on policy development, change management, and talent management. The position demands a proactive approach to employee relations, compliance, and HR analytics to support business objectives. The ideal candidate will foster a collaborative work setting while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and administer comprehensive HR policies aligned with organizational strategy and compliance requirements.
Lead change management and organizational development interventions to enhance workforce effectiveness.
Oversee talent management processes including performance development, succession planning, and employee engagement.
Drive business HR strategy and partner with leadership to align HR initiatives with business goals.
Manage employee relations to maintain a positive and productive work environment.




Ensure legal and statutory compliance across all HR functions and site administration.
Direct HR budgeting, analytics, and compensation administration to optimize resource allocation and decision-making.
Champion learning and development initiatives to build organizational capability and support growth opportunities.

Qualifications
15–25 years of progressive experience in human resources leadership roles.
Proven expertise in HR policy development and administration.
Robust background in change management and organizational development.
Experience managing legal compliance and employee relations in complex environments.
