About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager / Scrum Master to lead diverse technology projects across Web Applications, SAP Implementations, and AI/ML-based Solutions.
The ideal candidate blends technical acumen, project delivery expertise, and Agile leadership to drive successful outcomes across cross-functional teams. This role demands hands-on involvement in both technical execution and process facilitation, ensuring seamless collaboration, transparency, and value delivery.

Key Responsibilities:
Project & Delivery Management
Plan, execute, and deliver multiple technical projects end-to-end using Agile, Scrum, or Hybrid methodologies.
Develop detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies, risk mitigation strategies, and resource allocation.
Oversee timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful project outcomes aligned with business goals.




Drive continuous improvement in project execution and delivery standards.
Track, report, and communicate progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders and leadership.

Scrum Master Responsibilities
Serve as Scrum Master for one or more Agile teams, ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and Agile best practices.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog refinement, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
Coach teams on Agile mindset, self-organization, and iterative development.
Remove impediments and barriers to team progress, ensuring smooth sprint execution.
Partner with Product Owners to maintain and prioritize product backlogs aligned with business objectives.
Monitor team performance and velocity, driving continuous improvement through feedback and metrics.
Foster a culture of transparency, collaboration, and accountability across development teams.
