- Bachelor's degreein Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 8–12 years of experience in System Administration, IT Infrastructure, or Infrastructure Support.

- Strong hands-on experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, networking, firewalls, virtualization, backup, and infrastructure security.
N
- Solid leadership, ownership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
N
- Ability to manage critical infrastructure issues independently during night shifts.
N
- Strong decision-making skills with the ability to work under pressure.
N
- Strong ownership of infrastructure availability, security, performance, and business continuity.
