Key Responsibilities

Career Counselling

Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students, graduates, working professionals, and career switchers.

Understand candidates' educational background, skills, interests, career aspirations, and challenges.

Recommend suitable career pathways based on individual goals and market requirements.

Explain how AI and emerging technologies are changing different job roles and career opportunities.
