Be a system support team member supporting SAP PP functional area in respect of incidents and system changes related to PP-QM functional area; adhering to strict configuration management policies and procedures by
Designing process flows and study current business process.
Document issue solutions - test plans, functional design specs, training materials, etc.
Monitor Transactions of SAP Production management, Quality management , MRP, BOMs, Routing , batch management & SAP EWM and related master data.
Getting involved in current systems initiatives, Support phase post implementation which includes the monitoring of system and user performance and trouble shooting
