KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Store Revenue & Sales Performance
Drive overall store revenue and ensure achievement of daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Monitor individual and team sales performance and align with business goals
Focus on high-value couture and bespoke sales, especially wedding and occasion wear
Track and improve Average Order Value (AOV)



through complete look selling
Analyse sales data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversions
Implement strategies to increase walk-ins, conversions, and ticket size
Client Engagement & Luxury Experience
Deliver a highly personalized and premium luxury retail experience to every client
Build and nurture long-term relationships with solid follow-ups and engagement
Understand client lifestyles, occasions, and wardrobe requirements in depth
Personally manage VIP and high-value clients when required
Ensure seamless end-to-end client journeys—from consultation to final delivery
Resolve client concerns with professionalism and discretion
Couture & Bespoke Sales Leadership
Lead couture and bespoke sales across the store
Guide clients through complete journeys—from concept, fabric selection, and styling to delivery
Drive sales through solid product knowledge, storyt
