Educational Qualification:
Graduation:
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field from a recognized university.
Post Graduation:
Master's Degree in Human Resources Management is preferred.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy.
Support the recruitment process by posting job ads, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Assist in the onboarding process for current hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
Support the performance management process, including tracking employee performance and assisting with performance reviews.
Help organize training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Assist in maintaining employee records and HR databases, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality.
Provide support in employee engagement activities and initiatives to foster a positive work environment.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
