- Technical Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of AutoCAD, SketchUp, rendering software, Adobe Photoshop, and MS Office.

- Design Excellence: Demonstrates creativity, innovation, and a solid eye for aesthetics, space planning, and design detailing.

- Industry Knowledge: Well-versed with current design trends, materials, finishes, and industry best practices.

- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical detailing, site execution, and design feasibility.
