NAbout the Role

nWeare looking for a high-performing B2C Sales Closer who can independently convert inbound and warm leads into paying customers.

NThis is NOT a telecallingposition and NOT a team-management position.

- Understand the customer's requirements before recommending a solution.

- Conduct professional consultative sales conversations instead of simply reading from a script.

n2. Handle Sales Objections

NCompensation

nFixed Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month depending on demonstrated closing ability and previous performance.

NPlus: Attractive performance incentives.

NStrong performers can earn significantly more through incentives.

NCompensation will depend not only on years of experience but also on demonstrated sales performance, previous targets, achievements and closing ability.

NImportant: Selection Process

NThis position includes a practical sales assessment / role-play.

NShortlisted candidates will be given realistic customer scenarios and objections and will be asked to conduct a sales conversation.

NSelection will be based heavily on demonstrated selling ability rather than only CV, designation or years of experience.
