Incidents re-route to concerned team like Global digital L2 support, TALM systems, EHC support, PET, P&C; s
Query analysis and data validations with pointed repair clauses for data issues (routed to application teams via JIRA incidents) for all modules of store reporting
Data refresh validations and metrices correctness
SLA monitoring and user follow-ups.
Access related operations: additions of users to SSC security groups.
Pager duty support for s occurring outside office hours
RCA and data repair documentations
RCA to educate the users on metrices and KPIs, based on the requests
Communication, coordination and notification of traffic data, region specific hourly data understatement to source teams for further reviews.

Hands-On in snowflake and PBI data modelling
