Role Summary
We are seeking a technically robust and customer-focused Pre-Sales Associate to support enterprise sales for core infrastructure solutions. The role will involve designing and presenting solutions leveraging platforms such as Zebra, PeopleLink, and Versa, along with associated infrastructure hardware.

Key Responsibilities
Solution Design & Architecture
Design end-to-end solutions using:
Zebra devices (barcode scanners, RFID, mobility solutions)
PeopleLink video conferencing & AV solutions




Versa SD-WAN / SASE platforms
Build integrated architectures combining hardware, networking, and collaboration tools
Develop HLDs (High-Level Designs) and LLDs (Low-Level Designs)
Pre-Sales Engagement
Work closely with sales and product teams during client engagements
Understand customer business requirements and map to technical solutions
Conduct product demos, PoCs, and technical workshops
Respond to RFPs/RFIs with detailed technical proposals
Technical Expertise
Solid knowledge of:
SD-WAN, SASE (especially Versa)
Enterprise networking (LAN/WAN, routing, switching)
Collaboration technologies (VC systems, AV integration)
Endpoint & mobility hardware (Zebra devices)
Ability to integrate hardware with cloud and on-prem environments
Stakeholder Management
Interface with OEMs (Zebra, PeopleLink, Versa, etc.) for solution validation
Collaborate with delivery and implementation
