Duties and responsibilities
To organize outreach activities and coordinate with stakeholders and key personnels
Door to door mobilization and outdoor campaigns
To manage centers and operations for assigned ceneter/district and submit daily / weekly / monthly reports.
Connect with local leaders and Self Help Groups for their support for awareness
Regular follow-up with patients with identified non-communicable diseases
Hands On MS Excel Skills
Behavioural Competencies: Interpersonal Skills, Communication Skills and Analytical Skills
Authorities
Timely, apt and informed decisions on steps to be taken to achieve the required proficiency in the manpower for delivering standard quality services
Qualifications / Certifications
· condier ANM
· Minimum 2 years’ work experience
Familiarity with basics of MS Office (preferable)
Experienced in field visits
Excellent Communication skills (written & verbal)
Positive interpersonal skills
Working conditions
Should be open to travel for executing the job responsibilities.
