N Shift Time-9.30am to 6.30pm
N Week Off- 6days working with Sunday fixed off
N CTC: Up to ₹4.5 LPA
N Need Graduate with min 1 year of experience in outbound sales from Banking domain.
N n Job Overview
NWe are looking for Customer Care Associates for its Retention team . The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions through both inbound and outbound calls , resolving customer concerns, and supporting customer retention.
N n Key Responsibilities

n
Handle both inbound and outbound customer calls . N
Interact with customersprofessionally in Hindi and English . N
Understand customer concerns and provide suitable solutions. N
Focus on customer retention and prevent customer churn. N
Handle outbound sales/retention calls and achieve assigned targets. N




Maintain accurate customer records and update details in Excel/system. N
Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality. N

n n Candidate Requirements
N
n
Experience in core outbound sales is mandatory. N
Candidates from VRM, Credit Card Sales, Insurance, Banking or similar sales backgrounds preferred. N
Excellent communicationskills in English and Hindi . N
Fluency in English & Hindi is mandatory . N
Candidate should know any one regional language . N
Positive knowledge of MS Excel . N
Should be comfortable handling both inbound and outbound calls . N
Robust convincing, negotiation and customer-handling skills. N
Target-oriented and customer-focused approach. N
