Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to provide technical support and maintenance for applications developed using PowerBuilder (2017 & 2019), Visual FoxPro 9, with Microsoft SQL Server. The ideal candidate will have solid troubleshooting skills, experience in legacy and contemporary application environments, and a solid understanding of relational databases
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience with PowerBuilder 2017 and PowerBuilder 2019.
Solid knowledge of Visual FoxPro 9 and legacy application support.
Expertise in Microsoft SQL Server,



including T-SQL and performance tuning.
Experience with AI coding and automation tools.
Familiarity with application support processes, incident management, and SDLC.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with migration projects involving PowerBuilder or Visual FoxPro applications.
Exposure to reporting tools and integration with applications.
Knowledge of ITIL processes and service management best practices.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
