· Regular functional training for business team & credit team across retail & LAP products

· Responsible for peer-review process in underwriting & field visit review process in sampling to ensure

that the credit mechanism is robust and scalable

· Responsible for publishing Branch credit quality scores and red- reports to the senior management

team based on the inputs from underwriting & credit intelligence team.

· Responsible to monitor construction completion for fully disbursed cases in retail loan to comply with

regulatory norms.

· Analysis of regular bouncing customers to identify the lead indicators of portfolio stress and provide

suitable inputs to the senior management team to fine tune the credit policy

· Follow-up on bounce collection through branch and business team to ensure zero delinquency.
