- Understand the SAF Basis Team functioning and process model.
N
- Knowledge ECS support tools - LVM, SPC, JIRA, CRT, Customer Launch Pad ,Service Now, TIC and Etc.
N
- Develop a deep understanding of the Enterprise Cloud solution architecture and productization model along with the tools within 6-8 months of onboarding.
N
- Associate should be capable of delivering the targets in Scope of work however is not limited to it solely
N
- Know the point of contact in each team for issue resolution
N
- Capable to independently troubleshoot, reproduce, determine the root cause for repetitive issues
N
- Other General OPO support activities include
N
- Handling of Run procedure automation failure with PO/SEO/SMEs
N
- Positive understanding of the service lifecycle and deep idea on the automation cycles
N
- Basic understanding of Landscape Virtualization Manager is needed
N

nWork Experience:

- Minimum 6 years of SAP Technical Administration with SAP FRUN skills and should have knowledge &

experience on Administration, monitoring and Operations of SAP solutions

- Configuration of Technical Monitoring, System Monitoring, Integration Monitoring, User Experience Monitoring, and Job Monitoring.
N
- Configuration alert management, notification management, and automated alert suppression mechanisms.
N
- Onboarding SAP systems into FRUN monitoring landscape.
N
- Performing Diagnostics Agent installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
N
- Configuration and manage SDA, Host Agent, and Introscope integrations.
N
- Analyse Automation gaps, performance bottlenecks, false alerts, and monitoring stability issues.
N
- Implement best practices for proactive monitoring and observability.
N
- Analyse the automation requirement from Technical Operations/Build/XDU colleagues.
N
- Support FRUN upgrade and update validation. This involves validating from the automation perspective and enhancement of task logic, wherever required.
N
- Automation and maintenance of Data Consistency reports for FRUN.
N
- Introduce new capability in FRUN which caters to requirement of GCO..
