Contribute to build, lead, and mentor a high-performing sales team. Provide coaching, training, and motivation to cultivate a solid team culture and drive results. N
Sales Operations Management: N
Responsible to oversee the end-to-end sales cycle—from lead generation to deal closure—ensuring smooth and productive execution of sales processes. N
Sales Analysis & Reporting: N
Monitor sales performance metrics, analyse key data, and prepare regular reports and insights for senior leadership to support decision-making. N
Client Relationship Management: N
Help to establish, nurture, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners,



and stakeholders to support long-term business growth. N
Cross-Functional Collaboration: N
Coordinate closely withmarketing, product development, and other departments to align sales efforts with broader company objectives. N

Sometimes, represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking platforms to enhance visibility and establish thought leadership. N
