Job Title: ERP Analytics Oracle EPM - FCCS-Manager

Experience: 8 to 12 years

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Account Reconciliation (FCCS) to lead
the design and implementation of Reconciliation & Matching solutions across
financial and operational domains and should be able to collaborate with finance
and IT teams to streamline reconciliation processes, ensure compliance, and
deliver scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Design and implement a comprehensive account reconciliation (Oracle FCCS)
solution
Configure reconciliation profiles, formats, match types, Reconciliation rules
and workflows
Implement workflow automation, aging rules, and structured reconciliation
timelines to support accurate and timely financial close
Manage data integration from various source system using Data Exchange for




both Balance and Transaction
Configure matching profiles and match types to enable auto-match rules, and
manage exceptions for transaction reconciliation
Manage and execute unit, integration, and user acceptance testing phases to
ensure smooth deployment and timely issue resolution
Develop comprehensive functional documentation and training materials;
facilitate hands-on workshops for end users
Conduct training sessions, prepare documentation, and provide ongoing support
to end users.

Preferred Skills
Experience with Oracle FCCS implementation.
Familiarity with Cloud REST APIs
Exposure to scripting or automation tools for data transformation.
Agile project experience is a plus.
Oracle FCCS certification is a solid advantage.
