Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Network Security & Infrastructure Lead with 8 to 11 years of experience in managing enterprise network and security environments. The ideal candidate should possess solid hands-on expertise in Fortinet/FortiGate Firewall Administration and Zscaler Web Proxy/Secure Web Gateway Management, along with proven experience in leading network operations teams and managing critical enterprise infrastructure.

The role requires a combination of technical leadership, operational excellence,



and stakeholder management to ensure a secure, highly available, and scalable network workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage enterprise network and security operations across multiple locations.
Act as the technical owner for Fortinet/FortiGate firewalls, ensuring secure configuration, optimization, and lifecycle management.
Manage and administer Zscaler Secure Web Gateway/Web Proxy solutions to enforce security policies and provide secure internet access.
Oversee network infrastructure including Cisco routers, switches, VPNs, SD-WAN, LAN, and WAN settings.
Serve as the primary escalation point for critical network and security incidents (P1/P2) and lead incident resolution activities.
Drive proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance optimization of network and security infrastructure.
Collaborate with Information Security, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Application teams to enhance overall security postur
