Job Description:
Design and build the automations that remove manual work across the business.
connecting CRM, email, WhatsApp, payments, spreadsheets and internal tools into reliable workflows.
Owns integration mapping, error handling, and documentation so automations don't silently break.
Core skills:
Zapier / Make / n8n or similar
REST APIs and webhooks
Basic scripting (Python or JavaScript)
Spreadsheet/database logic.
Nice to have:
HubSpot or similar CRM admin experience
WhatsApp Business API
Low-code app builders
Qualification
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
Relevant experience in workflow automation, integrations, or business process automation is preferred.
