The Job requires extensive travel and working within Chennai city
To promote M/s Nippon Paints Construction chemicals and allied products to all dealers and consumers
To visit different type of retailers - Paint shops, Cement retailers, hardware shops etc
Ensure that the product of the company are stored at the right place in the retail shop
To stack the product in an attractive manner to create more visibility
To create a positive relationship with shop owners / shop boys to enhance repetitive / regular sales
Should have decent communication in Tamil - speak, write and read. Having English fluency would be an added advantage
Should have basic business acumen and understanding of commercials
Willing to conduct promotional activities, which involves shop in shop and visit to end users
Responsible for inventory,



upkeep so as to ensure that the products are available at all times
Collection of payments from the stores as per the agreed payment norms
High performer has all possibility to get absorbed later in principle's company with attractive salary and incentive
