Skills & Qualifications (What is required?):_
Solid technical background with an understanding of or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
Comprehensive knowledge of project management methods, methodologies, frameworks, terminology, and processes.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
PMP or similar Project Management certification is a solid plus.
Minimum of 2 years of experience managing IT projects from conception to delivery.
Expertise in creating documentation such as Mind Maps, Technical Specifications, System Architecture, Flow Diagrams, Sequence Diagrams, User Guides, and managing tools like Jira.
Proven ability to develop project-related documents effectively.
Experience in managing over 5 projects simultaneously.
Exceptional organizational skills, including multitasking and time management.
Robust problem-solving skills paired with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Knowledge of Agile methodologies is highly desirable.

Provide support in resolving critical technical issues and enhancing team skills.
Client Relationship Management:_
Build and maintain robust client relationships to ensure loyalty and ongoing business.
