About the Role:
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing social media strategies
Create engaging content (posts, captions, reels, stories, etc.)
Design basic creatives using tools like Canva
Schedule posts across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly reports
Respond to comments and messages in a professional manner
Research trending topics, hashtags, and competitors
Support in influencer collaborations and campaign execution
Skills & Requirements:
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or related field
Basic knowledge of social media platforms and trends
Valuable written and verbal communication skills
Creative thinking and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop (preferred)
Understanding of Instagram Reels and short-form video content
Eagerness to learn and grow in digital marketing
