Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
Explain company products and services clearly and professionally.
Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and business prospects.
Maintain accurate records of calls, customer interactions, and sales activities.
Address customer questions and provide appropriate solutions.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and lead generation targets.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth customer onboarding.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.

Requirements:
Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent verbal communication skills in Hindi and/or English.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,200.00 per month
