Consistent schedule maintenance across the HVDC project portfolio
Reliable progress tracking and planning services
Consolidation of planning inputs from internal disciplines and workstreams
Coordinate between internal engineering, procurement, construction and project management teams.
Preparation of standardized planning outputs required for project governance and reporting
