A Welder Fabricator interprets technical blueprints to cut, shape, and join metal components, primarily using MIG, TIG, or Stick welding techniques to construct, assemble, and repair structures or machinery. Key responsibilities include operating fabrication machinery (shears, grinders), ensuring structural integrity through quality inspections, and adhering to strict safety protocols. Key Job Responsibilities:
Blueprint Interpretation: Reading, interpreting, and working from engineering drawings, blueprints, and sketches.
Fabrication & Cutting: Measuring, marking, and cutting materials (steel, aluminum) to exact dimensions using saws, shears, or plasma cutters.
Welding & Joining: Joining metal parts using various methods (MIG, TIG, Stick) to fabricate, assemble, or repair components.
Assembly & Fitting: Positioning, aligning, and fitting components together for assembly according to specifications.
Quality Control: Inspecting and testing finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications.
Finishing & Grinding: Smoothing,



polishing, and cleaning welds and metal surfaces for a skilled finish.
Equipment Maintenance: Operating and maintaining tools and machinery, such as drill presses, bending machines, and welding equipment.
Safety Compliance: Adhering to all company, OSHA, and safety guidelines, including using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE).
Documentation: Completing job reports and documenting completed tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
Proficiency in welding techniques (MIG, TIG, Stick).
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Mathematical skills for measurements and calculations.
Familiarity with fabrication tools and machinery.
Solid attention to detail and ability to work independently.

Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
