Generate home loan leads through field visits, builders, brokers, DSAs and referrals.
Achieve monthly / quarterly sales and disbursement targets.
Explain home loan products, interest rates and eligibility to customers clearly.
Handle end-to-end loan process - sourcing to final disbursement.
Collect and verify customer documents (KYC, income proof, property papers).
Coordinate with Credit, Legal, Technical and Operations teams for quick approvals.
Conduct site visits / customer meetings for property and profile verification.
Maintain strong relationships with builders, real estate agents and channel partners.
Track loan pipeline, login, sanction and disbursement ratios daily.
Ensure policy compliance and accurate documentation.




Provide regular follow-ups with customers to close cases faster.
Cross-sell related products like insurance, balance transfer, top-up loans.
Resolve customer queries and escalations promptly.
Prepare and update MIS reports and sales trackers.
Maintain portfolio quality and reduce cancellation or delinquency risk.
