Role Description

This is a full-time, in office position based in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region for a Performance & Social Media Manager. In this role, you will manage and optimise social media channels, develop and implement content and social media strategies, and ensure robust campaign performance.



Day-to-day responsibilities include creating and scheduling engaging content tailored for diverse platforms, analysing campaign performance, managing influencer partnerships, and collaboratively driving brand engagement through creative initiatives. The role requires hands-on management, ensuring performance-driven outcomes and audience interaction.

Qualifications
Expertise in Social Media Marketing, Social Media Handling, including social media optimisation (SMO), and the ability to manage campaigns effectively across platforms.
Create content strategies aligned with business goals
Plan & execute Meta and Google ad campaigns
Optimize campaigns for leads, conversions & ROI
Detail-orientated with strong organisational skills to handle multiple campaigns and partnerships simultaneously.
