Requirements:
Experience in preparing Kerala Naadan dishes [Puttu, Steamed items, Naadan Curries]
Valuable knowledge of traditional Kerala cooking styles and ingredients
Ability to maintain taste, hygiene, and consistency
Ability to manage kitchen work independently
Positive attitude and teamwork skills
Malayali preferred
