The Service Coordinator will be responsible for managing service call logging, tracking service requests, coordinating with customers and engineers, and ensuring timely closure of service calls. The role also involves supporting service operations through administrative coordination, invoicing support, and communication management to ensure smooth service delivery and high customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
Service Call Management
Log service calls accurately in the system based on customer requests.
Track service calls from initiation to closure ensuring SLA compliance.
Maintain proper documentation and records of service activities.
Customer Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding service requests.
Schedule service visits in coordination with field engineers and customers.
Provide timely updates to customers on service status.
Ensure 100% attending of customer calls / escalations
Engineer Coordination
Assign service calls to field engineers based on availability and location on daily basis.




Follow up with engineers to ensure timely completion of service requests.
Escalate delays or issues to the Service Manager when required.
Billing & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for service-related payments and documentation.
Ensure proper record-keeping for billing and payment processes.
Communication & Reporting
Share service status updates with customers and internal teams.
Maintain service reports, call status trackers, and documentation.
Administrative Support
Support the service operations team with day-to-day coordination tasks.
Maintain service records, documents, and internal communication logs.
Assist in improving operational processes and service efficiency.
